BEARAXE specializes in the development of optimized, high performance suspension components as well as complete kinematic systems. Component engineering focuses on performance through innovative construction, implementation of cutting edge materials and coatings, as well as technology development. Quality components play an important role in suspension performance. However, proper geometry and placement of these components in the overall system will make or break the ability of the vehicle to perform at its peak. No matter if your project calls for tried and true or highly innovative suspension geometry, we will make sure that it not only looks the part but achieves optimal performance as well.
When speaking about performance and optimization, testing and certification become a priority. Our team will ensure that every part and system engineered is run through a gamut of simulation testing, bench testing, and real world testing to ensure that your product meets and exceeds safety and performance requirements for you given application.

Our in house 3d print farm allows us to iterate concepts quickly and affordably. Using 3D printing allows us to perform fit checks, validate design proportions at scale and occasionally create functional proof of concept mock-ups.
Beyond prototyping, some of our clients have chosen to utilize additive manufacturing in short run production as a strategy for fast to market solutions that may later be replaced with tooled components.
Among our in-house rapid prototyping capabilities are two CNC routers. Machining parts with this equipment gives us a flexibility of creating prototypes or finished goods from a variety of materials including wood, plastics, foams and aluminum.
Also residing with our in-house capabilities is our laser cutting and marking equipment. From creating rapid prototype parts to cutting or marking production pieces, our equipment can expedite your project’s prototyping needs.
While we do have our own quiver of rapid prototyping equipment for expediting product development, we have also developed relationships with several trusted vendors for additional prototyping services. Now matter what your prototyping need we have the resources you need to make it happen.
